Jeff Dawkins (Chief Financial Officer)
Mr Dawkins is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Securities Institute of Australia with 15 years experience, initially with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Hall Chadwick followed by experience in the mining and oil and gas industry. Jeff managed the Company's re-location of management from Australia to Singapore in 2010. Jeff was previously with Lynas Corporation when it financed, constructed and commissioned the Paraburdoo gold project in W.A. in 1998.
Dave Morrison (Chief Operating Officer - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Morrison graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has 18 years of broad-based experience principally in the South East Asian gold mining industry. Mr Morrison was previously the Process Manager at the Chatree Gold Mine, Thailand, Operations Manager and Director of Aurora Mt Muro Gold Mine in Indonesia and Chief Metallurgist at the Porgera Gold Mine in PNG. In addition to operations, Mr Morrison's experience also includes numerous construction and plant commissioning activities on both new projects and expansions.
Matthew Salthouse (Vice President – Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs)
Mr Salthouse has 18 years experience in governance, corporate finance and resources. Prior to joining Archipelago Resources, Matthew was Company Secretary and General Counsel for OceanaGold Corporation Inc. In 2010, he also acted as Country President of OceanaGold’s Philippines operative. In addition to OceanaGold, Matthew has also held senior positions at Herbert Smith, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and ION Limited. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
Terkelin Purba (Director and External Relations Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Purba has 15 years experience within the mining industry and 7 years at Toka Tindung where his present role covers all Government, community and public relations services. He previously worked for Newmont, Avocet and IMK in
Clinton Bennett (Processing Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Bennett has over 12 years experience in commissioning, technical and operational roles with major resource companies across a wide range commodities. He has been successful in the management and optimisation of complex processing operations, study management, new business development and integration of major plant expansion within Australia, Africa, The Middle East and Asia.
Vern Langdale (Mining Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Langdale has 27 years experience in the mining industry with over twenty two years in opencut gold mining in Australia and overseas with the last five years in China, Mongolia, Bolivia and Indonesia. He studied at the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall England (BSC Hons Mining Engineering) before working in the goldfields of Western Australia, Victoria, Northern Territory and far north Queensland. He has since managed a gold mine in Qinghai Province in China, represented Orica in China, Mongolia and Japan and evaluated coal mines in inner Mongolia and Xin Jiang Province, China and developed gold mining opportunities north of Potosi, Bolivia. Vern has worked as a Mine Superintendent, Mine Manager and Deputy General Manager in various gold mining operations.
Peter Johnson (Security Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Johnson was previously employed by OAM Group, Indonesia where he was responsible for the in-country management and leadership of Company employees, budgeting and services to clients. He also negotiated a new commodity contract for a major client within the industry. Prior to this he was employed by International Nickel Indonesia where he was responsible for security services and the implementation of an intelligence gathering system.
Debra Watson (Environmental and Health & Safety Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Ms Watson has over 10 years experience within the mining industry in operational roles and 7 of those years within the environmental management role. She was previously employed by Oberon Timber and Newcrest Cadia Mines, NSW where she developed and implemented an environmental monitoring and reporting program.
Graeme Fleming (Exploration Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Fleming is a geologist with over 30 years experience, a substantial portion of which has been spent in the exploration of precious and base metals within the Australasian region, particularly Indonesia. He was instrumental in the discovery of the Miwah high sulphidation gold prospect in Aceh as well as the planning and supervision of the initial drilling program over the CoO gold deposit, Mindanao. He graduated from the NSW University of Technology in 1980, is a member of the AusIMM and a registered consultant with the ADB.
Felix Subarna (Finance Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Subarna has over 14 years experience having previously worked as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen Indonesia, Accounting Manager with PT Reckit Benckiser Indonesia and Financial & Management Controller with PT GM Autoworld Indonesia.
Djono (Community Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Born in south Sumatra in 1957 and has been working for joint Venture Gold Mining companies for the last 17 years with various positions from Indonesian language and culture trainer both in Indonesia and Australia, translator, interpreter, management positions in the field of Administration and personnel, Human Resources, Security, Safety, External Relations and Corporate Social responsibility. Interested in developing community relations in the fields of empowerment and services.
Achmad Yani Esbe (Administration Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Yani Esbe graduated from the Institute Technology of Sepuluh November Surabaya in 1993, has had extensive experience in Project Management and Mining Services work. Previously worked for PT Wiratman & Associates (one of the biggest Indonesian Engineering Consultants) for 5 years and PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk for more than 13 years before joining PT MSM/TTN in March 2011.
