	John Colin Loosemore (Managing Director) B.Sc.Hons (Geology), M.Sc., DIC. (Mineral Exploration) Mr Loosemore (Age 60) is a geologist with over 35 years experience including multi-commodity exploration and management within Australia and overseas, having graduated from London University in 1970 and the Royal School of Mines in 1977. Mr Loosemore is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Loosemore was previously a Director of AIM listed Brancote Holdings Plc, the first mining company to list on AIM and Managing Director of ASX listed Carr Boyd Minerals Ltd and Hill Minerals N.L.
	Michael N Arnett (Non-Executive Director) LLB. B.Comm Mr Arnett (Age 47) holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Mr Arnett is a partner and formerly Chief Operating Officer of international law firm Deacons with over 500 lawyers and has in the past 20 years practised as a lawyer in the areas of corporate, mining and commercial law. Mr Arnett has advised a number of companies in relation to their corporate and mining activities and has assisted in the listing of a number of exploration companies.
	Patrick M Alexander (Non-Executive Director) Mr Alexander (Age 56) is a law graduate with a career including 4 years with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs including the Australian Embassy in Jakarta and subsequently 8 years with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, Jakarta and Hong Kong. Mr Alexander currently holds a number of directorships with U.K. and Indonesian public companies and is the founding and managing partner of Batavia Investment Management Ltd.
	Jeremy W Ayre (Non-Executive Director) Mr Ayre (Age 43) was educated at the University of NSW in Sydney (B.Eng, Hons) and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris (MBA). Mr Ayre is a director and co-founder of AWR Lloyd and has extensive experience in the mining industry as a professional engineer, corporate executive and advisor on M&A strategic issues. He worked at mines in Australia and Portugal and was a member of Rio Tinto’s “Business Evaluation Department” based in London for a number of years. Mr Ayre has also been a non-executive director of Baker Steel Capital Managers since 2002.
